Berean Assembly of God was founded and built in 1963  under the leadership of Pastor Earl Stuckey.  At that time the church was known as  Centerville Assembly of God.  The church is still at the same location of 401 Wilson Dr. Centerville, Georgia. The name was changed in 2005 to Berean Assembly  after the New Testament town of Berea. The Bereans were known for their love and study of the scriptures.  We as a body of believers love the study of God's Word and felt a name change was in order.   As you can see, we did not post a photo of the building that the  Church worships in. The Church is not a building, it is the people that worship in the building.    We invite you and your family to join others of our Lords Church as we worship our Lord together.
As we enter the most Holy Season,  let us be mindful that Jesus is what it is all about. Its Not the lights or the tree, Nor the gifts or the pretty wraps and bows, nor even the family we love so dear. Its not about us at all, Its all about Him, and Him Alone. Happy Birthday, Jesus.
