Berean Assembly of God was founded and built in 1963 under the leadership of Pastor Earl Stuckey. At that time the church was known as Centerville Assembly of God. The church is still at the same location of 401 Wilson Dr. Centerville, Georgia. The name was changed in 2005 to Berean Assembly after the New Testament town of Berea. The Bereans were known for their love and study of the scriptures. We as a body of believers love the study of God's Word and felt a name change was in order. We are a close knit group that loves the Lord Jesus Christ and one another. We invite you and you're family to visit this next Lord's day.
There is nothing like 4th of July in the United States. We celebrate in many different ways. Some take a few days and go on a road trip, cook out for the family and just have a good time enjoying our freedom. Those of us that know the Lord Jesus Christ also have a special freedom that many of this world do not have. We have been freed from our past sins. As we enjoy the 4th. of July, lets not forget the freedom we have because of Jesus.
